- Represented Boeing Wichita in a1992 hail damage claim to Factory Mutual which resulted in a settlement for $1,630,000 above FM’s original estimate of damages.
- In 1996 represented Boeing in a phonalic insulation product alert claim. We received $1.90 per square foot for a roof replacement. The class action lawsuit for the same claim by other companies settled for only $0.90 per square foot.
- Assisted in the development the FleeceBack roofing system in 1990. The system is currently marketed by Carlisle SynTec, Inc, and is sold around the world.
- While managing the roofs at Boeing Aircraft Company from 1989 to 1991 reduced the number of roof leaks per event from 200 plus down to 12 to 15 leaks. Maintained that level through 2005. Was ranked as the highest customer satisfaction in the aerospace benchmarking survey from 1992 to 2004 at the lowest annual cost of $0.02 per square foot.
